Dave May
Founder/Director of Service and Automation
With a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Maryland and many years of experience under his belt, Dave launched DCM BioServices LLC in 2011. As Owner and Senior Field Service Engineer, Dave is the steady presence that keeps the company rolling. When he’s not travelling around the country for DCM, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and hanging out at the beach. Also, GO CAPS!
Jeff Griffin
Director of Business Operations
With over 15 years of business experience in finance, operations and business development, Jeff thrives and excels at connecting the dots for people and organizations in his work and community service. Whether that’s sharing the mission, designing and executing a plan, making an introduction, or crunching the numbers it’s all about making sure the right pieces are in the right place at the right time. His time outside of work is spent enjoying life with his wonderful wife, two amazing children, and other family and friends. He’s an avid sports fan, movie and TV buff and self-described “info junkie”.
Nick Long
Senior Service Engineer
Nick Long is a Penn State graduate and big-time football fan. A life-long tinkerer, Nick made the move to automation support a few years back as DCM’s first new-hire. When he’s not out dismantling (and rebuilding) systems, Nick spends his time playing computer games or trying to track down a new local brew.
Ryan Mitchell
Service Engineer
With a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Delaware, Ryan has always been a problem solver and troubleshooter. When he’s not on the road for DCM, Ryan enjoys hiking, producing music and visiting breweries.
Aaron Trawick
Director of Logistics
Aaron Trawick is a graduate of Frostburg State University with 10+ years of experience in contract manufacturing and servicing quality control equipment. He is DCM’s “jack-of-all-trades.” In addition to managing the warehouse and working on product development, Aaron also covers purchasing, IT management and is the on-call Field Service Engineer. He enjoys reading, board games, cooking and carpentry as ways to wind down from busy days at DCM.
Brett Lomman
Service Engineer
Brett Lomman is a graduate of Marietta College and earned his Masters in Biological Science from Youngstown State University. With a background in hands-on laboratory research Brett made the switch to automation after being placed in charge of all the robots in his lab. Now he brings that experience and expertise to you. When he’s not eliminating downtime in your lab, Brett can be found working on old vehicles and playing video games.
Madison Mullineaux
Service Coordinator
With over 10 years in project administration and program management, Madison brings an immense set of skills to support our team and your lab. Compiling and organizing data, providing excellent customer service, and scheduling are just a few of her many talents. When she is not in the office, Madison can be found taking or teaching a yoga class, reading, or spending time with her husband and two little boys.
